Fantastic interaction and knowledge of the property in the area. We would never even think about using anyone else. We used her to both buy and sell at the same time. We listed our house and got full price within 3 days of listing, and had 8 showings scheduled in the first 48 hours. We also bought a house that she had listed and she went out of our way to assure that we had everything we needed for a fast closing.

We met Polly a year ago and discussed listing our home and trying to find one to buy at the lake. She was very honest regarding the price we could expect for our home if we decided to sell it. We then contacted her regarding a listing she had at the lake and we made an offer on the house. She represented both the seller and us and I never felt like we received anything less that her finest effort. There were a number of issues that needed to be ironed out prior to the sale and Polly did everything in her power to get us to closing. It was a herculean effort and we couldn't be happier with the result.

Polly was tremendous as my home listing agent! She stayed right on top of all the activity related to my sale and quickly and expertly handled the glitches that popped up along the way. She carefully researched the comps in my neighborhood and determined a very fair selling price and had my listing posted the same evening. Polly's expertise landed a good contract on my house in only five days and she was right with me the entire road to my closing. I couldn't have been happier with Polly's guidance, patience and efficiency. I had no idea how stressful selling my home might be for me, but I had total confidence in Polly.
