OMGoodness Miss Polly! Her and her team made our listing and sale flow seamlessly. Selling our home right now was an easy decision. Using Berkshire & Hathaway proved to be the right decision!!! She advised us on our home prep, the price to list, they took professional pictures, managed our bids, and 2 days after it was listed it was S..O..L..D !!! The sale price was more than we listed. Her team took care of all the paperwork and we just signed on the dotted line. The proceeds were wired to our bank and it was done. So if you want your house sold...JUST CALL POLLY!!!
