We found Polly after 6 months with another agent and hardly any hits on our home. We needed to sell fast as our new home was finished. Polly was excellent with setting real expectations and helping us do little things to make our home more sellable. The previous agent barely communicated with us. Polly had our home sold within a week...twice! (Long story). We would definitely recommend Polly to anyone looking to sell their home.
