I called Polly and told her what I was looking for and in what price range and the area that I was looking for a new home. She came back with several places with all the details I was looking for to tour. She was very knowledgeable about the homes and the history of them. Any questions that I had were answered and if she did not know she found out and got back to me right away. I would definatly use her again and would have no problem referring her to a friend or family member. I know that she would take care of them and listen to what they are looking for in a home.

Polly is fantastic. She provided excellent local area knowledge and was extremely responsive to emails, questions and service requests. She listened to our requirements and made property suggestions based on our goals. Polly helped with negotiation on price and post-inspection fixes. She did not walk away after the sale was made. Since we are new to area, Polly has continued to offer help (contractors, etc) six months after the sale. She is our go to Realtor in the area if we buy or sell.

She is very professional, and listened to our needs and wants of what we like and wanted in our new home. Gave us ideas and tips on how to improve and prepare our home so that it's qualities. I sold my home in 5 days.

Polly was very helpful to me, the executor to sell my late uncle's house. She coordinated the cleaning service and assisted with getting an electrician to do some minor upgrades required by the home inspection. The house sold in four months. I was very satisfied with her services.
