I have bought 2 homes using Polly as my agent, she is very hands on. She is always upfront about any questions or concerns you may have, whether you want to hear it or not. I myself value this quality. She knows what the value's are of the properties in the area and gives you an honest, informative response. I am currently working with Polly on the sale of a home. She wastes no time in giving you an upfront value of what your home may be worth. She finds local comps in your area to compare your home to. I would not hesitate to use the Polly Beckner Lewis Team in the future. Polly & Chiara are GREAT to work with.
