Sandy was nothing but amazing! We had very specific things that we wanted and she listened to every concern and need that we wanted. There were 6 of us looking to buy a piece of land, Sandy found out what was important to everyone and with 6 different ideas flying around. Sandy took the time needed, and at the end of the day gave us her professional opinion, but never made you feel like to had to do what she said! I can't say enough about how great she was!!!

She did a great job dealing with a difficult buyer's agent. It was a difficult sale with problems outside of her control. Her suggestions for staging hastened the sale.

We had a very hard need to fill and Sandy was patient and persistent. She did a great job and I would refer her to anyone! Honest and hard working.
