Polly did an excellent job from list to sell. The details in the listing were great with very nice photos and maps. We had an offer in One week and closed in 30 days. I would not hesitate to use Polly for future real estate transactions.

Sandy was nothing but amazing! We had very specific things that we wanted and she listened to every concern and need that we wanted. There were 6 of us looking to buy a piece of land, Sandy found out what was important to everyone and with 6 different ideas flying around. Sandy took the time needed, and at the end of the day gave us her professional opinion, but never made you feel like to had to do what she said! I can't say enough about how great she was!!!

We had a very hard need to fill and Sandy was patient and persistent. She did a great job and I would refer her to anyone! Honest and hard working. We had three families moving all together and we needed dwellings for all three of us on the same property. We got that and some extra as well. Thanks again Sandy.
