Sandy is a beautiful person, inside and out!! She is knowledgable and hard working. She understood our situation and practically held our hands thru the entire last half of last year. For such a difficult circumstance that we delved into she was patient and kind and very supportive. Although, together ,we found our dream home, if we ever decide to move back to the Dillsburg area, or anywhere else for that matter, we will 100% contact the very best Realtor that we know ..Miss Sandy!! OMGoodness Miss Polly! Her and her team made our listing and sale flow seamlessly. Selling our home right now was an easy decision. Using Berkshire & Hathaway proved to be the right decision!!! She advised us on our home prep, the price to list, they took professional pictures, managed our bids, and 2 days after it was listed it was S..O..L..D !!! The sale price was more than we listed. Her team took care of all the paperwork and we just signed on the dotted line. The proceeds were wired to our bank and it was done. So if you want your house sold...JUST CALL POLLY!!!
