Polly is AMAZING!!! She helped us purchase our home in 2011. I had been away from York County for 35 yrs due to my military service. Things had changed a bit but when we explained to Polly what we were looking for she knew exactly where to take us. We had found some places on line but Polly said, "can I show you something I found?" We said sure. And low and behold it was exactly what we wanted at the price we could afford!! Her attention to detail was spot on. Then 8 yrs later when we decided to downsize we said "Call Polly!!" We did and within 4 days of putting up our sign our home was sold! Polly once again did her magic. She is the absolute best at her job and we also feel we have made a life long friend. Whenever you are ready to by or sell, the best advice I can give anyone is this..."Call Polly!"

Sandy was wonderful to work with! She is knowledgeable, caring, supportive and very patient! She was my rock thru the whole buying process. Whenever I saw a house I was interested in we were looking at it within a day or two. With her years of experience she was able to point out things for me to notice and think about while looking. I found having an extra pair of eyes to be very helpful.

Polly did a phenomenal job guiding us through the maze of selling our home. We had not moved for 35 years and were uncertain and anxious about the whole process. An emotional rollercoaster for sure but Polly was steadfast at the helm being the professional that she is and lead us into our new home. I highly recommend Polly to anyone who wants to sell their house. 5 stars out of 5!!!!
