I have purchased a townhome with Polly's assistance. Then after years of living there, decided to sell and purchase an condo. She helped me sell the townhouse to expedite my move. She is always very helpful and professional. She assisted in staging and arranged for some minor repairs to be done to make the townhouse more ready for open house participants.

I know that real-estate agents have a reputation for being dis-honest and only in it for themselves, but Polly is truly different.
