After a few years of searching (with Sandy's help) for the perfect lakefront home, we found just what we were looking for. In a deal complicated by multiple factors outside our control, Sandy expertly helped us buy our dream home and very quickly prep and sell our previous home. She was organized, professional, and a calming presence in a high-stress situation. She was also extremely responsive and made herself available literally seven days a week as we navigated a simultaneous purchase and sale. I highly recommend Sandy and her team and would work with her again in a heartbeat.

OMGoodness Miss Polly! Her and her team made our listing and sale flow seamlessly. Selling our home right now was an easy decision. Using Berkshire & Hathaway proved to be the right decision!!! She advised us on our home prep, the price to list, they took professional pictures, managed our bids, and 2 days after it was listed it was S..O..L..D !!! The sale price was more than we listed. Her team took care of all the paperwork and we just signed on the dotted line. The proceeds were wired to our bank and it was done. So if you want your house sold...JUST CALL POLLY!!!
