Sandy is great she is always on her game, she is responsive fast acting without being pushy. Pretty sure without Sandy we would not have landed the property my wife wanted. Great knowledge of the area understands the market. She was on top of things till we we closed. As a matter of fact the whole team at her Berkshire Hathaway office was a pleasure to engage. We did not only finish the process with a new property we now have new friends in the area the highest compliment I can give.

I don't think I have enough words to fully describe our experience with Sandy. She truly is such a sweet and caring person! She is also an expert in her profession. This is my fourth time working with Sandy and I can't praise her enough! I have lived in a community she property managed, bought a home with her and have now sold a second home with her. Her warm and friendly charm only caps off her ability to work professionally, honestly and up front. Someone who can be straight forward about the circumstances and help you make well thought out decisions while maintaining the personal touch that comes with living in, leaving or finding the next place to call home. After a few years of searching (with Sandy's help) for the perfect lakefront home, we found just what we were looking for. In a deal complicated by multiple factors outside our control, Sandy expertly helped us buy our dream home and very quickly prep and sell our previous home. She was organized, professional, and a calming presence in a high-stress situation. She was also extremely responsive and made herself available literally seven days a week as we navigated a simultaneous purchase and sale. I highly recommend Sandy and her team and would work with her again in a heartbeat.
