Polly was knowledgeable of the areas we were interested in buying, and through personal interviews, she was aware of the wants and limitations of our search. She was extremely personal, friendly, and professional in our interactions , and each house she showed us had most of the features on our want list. The variety of offerings as well as locations gave us a very well pounded impression of the area as well as what was available. Since we were living out of town during this process, Polly was very flexible in schedule and was available when we could be here. She made the stressful process of looking and deciding less of a pressured activity, and we had ( and remain) confident in her skills. The house we bought remains a home for me, and continues to meet my needs. I would recommend Polly to any perspective client.
