Unlike some others, she would always provide her honest assessment instead of telling us what we wanted to hear. She was reliable, available and patient with our numerous questions and would get answers on a timely basis and, if she did not know the answer to a question, she would say so and get the information back to us quickly. Overall a very positive experience!!!

Polly is a true powerhouse for anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the York County Area. As this is the second time I've had the pleasure of working with her, she helped me purchase a home close to 20 years ago and I never hesitated once when I contacted her again to help with the sell of my parents home. With the pointers she gave us, she made our process smooth and easy. When you meet her, you will immediately feel the warmth, as she is so caring with has one of the best bubbly personality I've ever known.
