Polly was amazing! My fianc? and I bought our first home with Polly as our agent. Being a first time buyer I had a lot of questions and didn't quite understand the process. Polly was so helpful with answering all my questions and being so helpful through the whole process. We couldn't have had a better agent! I highly recommend Polly to anyone buying or selling a house. She is fantastic and really knows her stuff!

I had a large, custom home that had many unique rooms and amenities that made it challenging to sell. Also, this was during the housing collapse so the market was abysmal. I had the home on the market for over one year with another agent with no offers. I hired Polly and within a few months she found me a solid buyer. She is very professional and knows the market and has many good contacts in our area. I would highly recommend her to a friend or family member that may be looking to sell or buy a home.

I have purchased a townhome with Polly's assistance. Then after years of living there, decided to sell and purchase an condo. She helped me sell the townhouse to expedite my move. She is always very helpful and professional. She assisted in staging and arranged for some minor repairs to be done to make the townhouse more ready for open house participants.
