Prior to becoming a REALTOR® & Licensed Assistant to Polly Lewis, my husband and I founded our own real estate appraisal business, which we have been running together for over 20 years. During this time, I had the chance to understand the true value of a home and learn where the potential lies in each unique property. We work side-by-side with agents and I became slowly introduced to the REALTOR® life. After some time, I knew I could easily transition my experience, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to this career field. I decided to take this step because I love the idea of helping someone find their perfect home and wanted to be in more of a hands-on role during the process.

A top priority with all of my clients, be they buyers or sellers, is exceptional communication. I want to make sure you are well informed at all times during this process and accomplish this by taking the time to understand your preferred method of communication as well as your desired frequency. My goal is to prevent you from feeling left out or overwhelmed. Together, we will build a lasting relationship by getting to know each other and establishing mutual trust. You need to know, without a doubt, that Polly & I are working for your best interests. I will always go above and beyond for clients because you and your family deserve the time, care and attention you need.

Polly & I specialize in residential sales whether it be lakefront, single family homes, duplexes, townhomes, mobile homes or condos. Although I did not grow up here, I have quickly fallen in love with the Lake Meade community and the surrounding areas. The tight-knit atmosphere and closeness of East Berlin is remarkable and I hope to help others discover this piece of paradise. I was born and raised in the Baltimore and Annapolis, Maryland Areas. Geographically, I work with buyers and sellers in York and Adams counties.

Outside of my work in real estate, I am a wife and mother of both human and furry children. I have been married to my husband, Steve, for 25 years and together we have two children: Victoria and Chris and an 18 month old Grandbaby, Jack. He is an amazing and extremely busy little bundle of joy. We also have two dogs, Annie and Rosie, and a cat, Mrs. Puff. We love rescuing animals and if I was allowed to, I’d have many more. When I get time to myself, I enjoy baking, cooking and browsing Pinterest for new recipes, fun crafts and décor inspiration.
